Check out the rest of our Dreamline coverage…

Dreamline is a damn good time. The vibe is always something that’s hard put words to…it’s somewhere between danger and bliss. Like all this crazy shit is happening, but there’s all these laughs at the same time. Definitely something that doesn’t exist at a lot of major contests. And, it’s like quiet. We’ve been essentially “alone” out here. That’s about to change today as 3,000 people are about to roll into the Oskar Blues REEB Ranch later today for the finals, but for now, here is a gallery of images courtesy of our dude Ryan Scott and a list of who made it into finals (no scores here, son)…

“The world's best riders put their practice rounds behind them and broke out their most aggressive runs during today's two preliminary heats. Athletes didn't hold back, wowing peers with tricks like double tailwhip on the shark fin, 270, flip barspin to no-hander and a backflip triple barspin. They competed to be one of the 12 athletes to advance totomorrow's finals. Differing from other BMX events, it was their fellow riders that decided who moved forward in the competition, descending in front of a crowd of over 3,000 spectators tomorrow at Oskar Blues REEB Ranch.”
