First off, how's shit going? What have you been up to?
Not bad, man. Just got engaged, got a house, and got another dog. Things are pretty good!

Did you modify any parts or do anything special?
I sprayed the bars and forks to match the frame color.

What part are you most particular about one your bike?
Probably my bars, I like them a bit forward. I also like to keep my chain pretty tight.

What else is really specific to you when it comes to bike setup?
I like my grips to have flanges and lately I’ve been running a Honda donut I found at my local MX track.

This is the second version of your frame; what changes were made and what makes your frame a bit different from the rest?
We made the BB shell thicker for crank/BB grinds, added a top gusset at the head tube, and capped my chain stays. It’s hard to say what makes it much different than the others, the thicker BB is nice to have if you do a lot of crank/Derek-duster type grinds, also to keep the bike stable it has a 8.5 stand over, and it’s built to accommodate a 25-9 gear and half link chain perfectly with very minimal chain play.

Gotta ask what's up with the single donut grip. I thought those things were extinct…
Yeah they’re just about prehistoric at this point [laughs]. Like I said, I picked it up one day at the MX track and threw it on my bike as a joke and that's that. I keep my hands tight against the flanges and a little heavier on my right side so I feel that it helps with hand chafing pretty some.

The color scheme on your bike is dope. If I remember correctly, you sprayed your forks and bars. How'd you decide on that color?
Thanks, man. I actually had an LTF back in '08 that I sprayed this weird brown color, and ever since I wanted to do a similar shade for one of my colors on the RB frame. Some people dig it and some don’t, but I really like how it turned out. But my last name is Brown, so I would, naturally…
